Reports Reports will be issued within a 48 hour period after the Leak Detection Services has been conducted. Should a public holiday be over the 48 hours the report may take longer to be sent. Complaints Any complaints for damage, loss and quality of work made after 48 hours from the Leak Detection Inspection will not be entertained or acknowledged and Best Leak Detection will not be liable for the said complaints. Guarantees Workmanship on repair/installation services: 1 year from date of work completion (No other contractor can touch our work, or our guarantee will be voided). Guarantee on labour only for repairs. Parts are not guaranteed by us but from the manufacturer itself and Best Leak Detection is not liable for any faulty parts. The manufacturer will be notified, and they will replace if its within their warranty.
